YouTomb, a project of the MIT Free Culture group that studies takedown notices by the video-sharing website YouTube, has identified a mechanism used by Google to restrict video content in specific countries. Heat Shutoff Protection Extended to May 1
Under 220 CMR 25, utilities cannot shut off heat to certain qualified households between November 15 and March 15. But according to Utilities Advocacy for Low-Income Households in Massachusetts, this deadline is often extended without changing the regulations. "While the state law and DPU regulations set the winter moratorium period as November 15 to March 15, the DPU has frequently extended the March 15 end date to March 31, April 15, or even April 30.
